Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Repletic, including Repletic (fitness tracking) and My Moments (countdown and reminders). In this policy, "we", "our", or "us" refers to Repletic, and "Apps" refers to all of our applications collectively.
1. Information We Collect
Account Data: Our Apps use Firebase Authentication. You may sign in with Google, Apple, Facebook, or email, in which case we receive your display name and email address. You may also use certain Apps without signing in, in which case data is stored locally on your device.
App-Specific Data:
- Repletic: Workout records (exercise type, rep count, duration, date), profile data (display name, streaks, stats).
- My Moments: Event data (event name, emoji, color, date/time, notification preferences), stored in Firebase Firestore when signed in or locally via SQLite when not signed in.
Subscription Data: If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store your payment information. We receive a transaction confirmation and subscription status via RevenueCat to unlock premium features.
2. Camera and Pose Detection (Repletic Only)
All pose detection processing happens entirely on your device. We use Google ML Kit's on-device pose detection to analyze your camera feed in real time. Your camera feed is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. No images or video are stored — pose landmarks are processed frame-by-frame in memory and discarded immediately.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain core app functionality
- To sync your data across devices when you are signed in
- To send local notifications and reminders you have configured
- To track streaks, workout history, and countdowns
- To improve app stability via Firebase Crashlytics (anonymized crash reports)
- To understand usage patterns via Firebase Analytics (anonymized)
- To display advertisements to non-subscribers (see Section 5)
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. We use the following services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, data storage, analytics, crash reporting. Google Privacy Policy

5. Advertising and Tracking
Our Apps may display advertisements via Google AdMob to users who have not purchased a subscription. On iOS, we request your permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before using your advertising identifier. In the EU/EEA, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain consent under GDPR before showing personalized ads. You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time through your device settings.
6. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in Firebase Firestore with security rules that ensure users can only access their own data. Local data is stored on your device using SQLite or SharedPreferences and is not accessible to other apps.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained as long as you use the Apps. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. Upon request, all personal data will be removed within 30 days.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
