Privacy Policy
Wordwright / حِرفة · MBH LTD
This policy describes Wordwright (حِرفة), an English and Arabic word puzzle published by MBH LTD. It applies specifically to this game. Repletic hosts these pages; the game's data practices are described below.
Local game data
No account is required. Puzzle progress, language preferences, settings, daily puzzle records, streaks, hint balances, and records used to prevent duplicate advertising rewards are stored on your device. Wordwright does not provide cloud accounts or cloud saves. Device backup and restore may preserve app data under your platform's settings. The game does not request camera images, contacts, fitness records, or precise location.
Advertising and privacy choices
Wordwright uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform when advertising is available. After the first ten teaching boards, banner ads may appear on Home, Packs, and result screens; interstitial ads may appear only between completed puzzles; app-open ads may appear at eligible returns; and optional rewarded ads may offer hints, undo packs, or a skip. Ads never interrupt an active puzzle. You can decline a rewarded ad and continue playing; a reward is granted only when the provider confirms it was earned.
Google and its advertising service providers may process IP address (which may indicate approximate location), device and app identifiers, consent choices, ad interactions, and technical or diagnostic information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and reliability. See Google's Privacy Policy and advertising information.
After the first completed board, the game asks Google's consent service for regional advertising choices where required, before requesting ads. Settings shows Privacy options when that service requires an entry. On iOS, the game may request permission to track across other companies' apps and websites through Apple's tracking prompt. Declining tracking does not prevent play. You can review this permission in iOS Settings. Advertising privacy choices are separate from the data choices below.
Usage analytics and crash reports
Wordwright uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics to understand gameplay and diagnose errors. The independent Share usage analytics and Send crash reports switches are available under Settings → Data choices. Both start on and can be turned off independently. These services start only after you interact with the game, subject to those controls.
Usage analytics may include app-instance identifiers, basic device and app information, language, screen and puzzle events, outcomes, and advertising-reward events. Firebase analytics storage is enabled only when you allow analytics; Firebase ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization are denied by the game. Crash reports may include installation identifiers, app and operating-system versions, error details, and stack traces. The game does not attach a personal account, name, or email address to these records. Google SDK identifiers mean these reports are not necessarily anonymous. See Firebase privacy information.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
Local progress remains until you clear app data or remove the app, subject to device backup behavior. Switching a data choice off stops future collection through that service; it does not automatically erase reports already received. Uninstalling the game does not erase provider-held advertising or analytics records. Service-provider retention follows the applicable Google service policies and settings. Contact privacy@repletic.com for privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete information, and we will help identify what can be located and handled under applicable law. Do not send passwords or unnecessary personal information.
Support, children, and changes
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide to answer your request. Parents or guardians with a concern about a child's information can contact the privacy address above. We do not request a child's name, age, or account as part of gameplay. We may update this policy when the app's practices change and will update the date on this page.
