These terms apply to Luma Loops / لوما لوبس, published by MBH LTD (Muhammed Ballan LTDA, Brazil). By using the game you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the game. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, and the terms of the app store you downloaded the game from also apply.
The game
Luma Loops is a single-player puzzle: place blocks on an 8×8 board and clear full rows and columns. It offers Classic, Garden Path levels and a Daily Bloom board. Progress, scores and settings are stored on your device only. No account or cloud-save service is provided, so clearing the app's data or removing the app may delete your progress. Device backup and restore are controlled by your platform.
Advertisements and in-game rewards
The game is free and shows advertisements. It may offer an optional rewarded ad to revive a run; you can always decline and keep playing. The revive is granted only after the advertising provider confirms the ad was watched; closing an ad early does not grant it. Ad availability varies by region, connection and provider. Petals, skins, achievements and other in-game items have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
The current version offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions. If paid products are added later, their price and terms will be shown before any purchase.
Fair use and ownership
You may use the game for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the game, interfere with its operation, misuse advertising services or exploit rewards. The game, its name, artwork, music, sound and software belong to MBH LTD or its licensors. Open-source components keep their own licences, listed under Settings → Licenses in the game.
Availability and updates
We may fix bugs, adjust difficulty, change or remove features and update the game. We aim to preserve your progress across updates but cannot guarantee recovery of device-only data after loss, removal or device failure. The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Privacy, changes and contact
The Luma Loops Privacy Policy explains local storage, advertising, consent, analytics and crash reporting. We may update these terms; the date above will change, and continuing to use the game after an update means you accept the new terms. تسري هذه الشروط على لعبة «لوما لوبس» التي تنشرها شركة MBH LTD (Muhammed Ballan LTDA، البرازيل). باستخدامك اللعبة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، وإن لم توافق عليها فتوقّف عن استخدامها. لا تقيّد هذه الشروط أي حقوق لا يجوز التنازل عنها قانونًا، كما تسري أيضًا شروط المتجر الذي نزّلت منه اللعبة.
اللعبة
«لوما لوبس» لعبة ألغاز فردية: تضع فيها المكعّبات على لوحة ٨×٨ وتُفرغ الصفوف والأعمدة المكتملة. تضم الطور الكلاسيكي ومراحل «درب الحديقة» ولوحة «زهرة اليوم». يُحفظ تقدّمك ونتائجك وإعداداتك على جهازك فقط، ولا توجد حسابات ولا حفظ سحابي، لذا قد يؤدي مسح بيانات التطبيق أو حذفه إلى فقدان تقدّمك. ويخضع النسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة لإعدادات نظامك.
الإعلانات والمكافآت داخل اللعبة
اللعبة مجانية وتعرض إعلانات. قد تعرض عليك إعلانًا اختياريًا بمكافأة لمتابعة الجولة، ويمكنك دائمًا رفضه ومواصلة اللعب. لا تُمنح المتابعة إلا بعد أن تؤكد جهة الإعلان أنك شاهدت الإعلان؛ وإغلاقه مبكرًا لا يمنحها. ويختلف توفر الإعلانات بحسب المنطقة والاتصال والجهة المعلِنة. البتلات والأشكال والإنجازات وسائر عناصر اللعبة لا قيمة نقدية لها، ولا يجوز بيعها أو نقلها أو استبدالها بالمال.
لا يتضمن الإصدار الحالي أي مشتريات داخل التطبيق أو اشتراكات. وإن أُضيفت منتجات مدفوعة لاحقًا فسيُعرض سعرها وشروطها قبل أي عملية شراء.
الاستخدام المقبول والملكية
يحق لك استخدام اللعبة للاستمتاع الشخصي غير التجاري. لا تحاول تفكيك اللعبة أو تعديلها أو إعادة توزيعها، ولا تعرقل عملها، ولا تُسئ استخدام خدمات الإعلانات أو تستغل المكافآت. اللعبة واسمها ورسومها وموسيقاها وأصواتها وبرمجياتها مملوكة لشركة MBH LTD أو للجهات المرخِّصة لها. وتحتفظ المكوّنات مفتوحة المصدر بتراخيصها الخاصة، المدرجة في الإعدادات ← التراخيص داخل اللعبة.
التوفر والتحديثات
قد نصلح الأخطاء ونعدّل مستوى الصعوبة ونغيّر الميزات أو نزيلها ونحدّث اللعبة. نحرص على الحفاظ على تقدّمك عبر التحديثات، لكن لا يمكننا ضمان استعادة البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز وحده بعد فقدانها أو حذفها أو تعطّل الجهاز. تُقدَّم اللعبة «كما هي» و«حسب توفرها»، وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون لا نضمن عملها دون انقطاع أو أخطاء، ولا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية. ولا يستثني أي بند في هذه الشروط مسؤوليةً لا يجيز القانون استثناءها.
الخصوصية والتعديلات والتواصل
